Judge Jim Rowe, a Democratic candidate for the office of Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, stopped by the Madison Rotary Club on March 21, accompanied by Madison attorneys Charlie Piccirillo and Benjamin Mishoe. Judge Rowe, a WVU graduate, currently serves as Circuit Judge in the 11th Judicial District (Greenbrier and Pocahontas counties), a position he has held since 1997. Judge Rowe is traveling throughout West Virginia renewing relationships, some of whom were local Rotarians. He joins incumbent Justice Robin Davis and attorney Tish Chafin on the Democratic primary ballot for the West Virginia Supreme Court position. Two justices will be elected. Rowe is also a former House of Delegates member, having been elected to five terms. In photo are, from left: Tommy Mullins, Benjamin Mishoe, Judge Rowe and Charlie Piccirillo.
