Janet Feltner, 52, passed away on Monday, September 3 at the Hazard ARH medical center.
She was born January 1, 1960 to the late Estill Holbrook and Christine Cress Holbrook in Perry County, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Herman Feltner, Jr.
She is survived by daughters Audrey Holland and husband Joey of Bulan, Janice Bauer and husband Raymond of Bulan, and Sue Morris and husband Randy of Typo; mother Christine Holbrook of Leatherwood; sisters Sue Ison of Leatherwood, Brenda Neace and husband Zack of Brownsfork, Missy Williams of Leatherwood, Tammy Holbrook and husband Alfred of Leatherwood, and Christine Wells and husband Brian of Viper; along with eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 8 with Charles Miller and Kenny Salmons officiating at the Engle- Bowling Funeral Home Chapel of Hazard, where the family will receive friends for visitation on Friday evening between the hours of 6 and 9 p.m. Burial will take place at the Feltner Cemetery located at Avawam.
