HI HAT - Senior running back Weston Little led South Floyd to a win for the second straight week Friday night. In his latest outing, Little rushed 24 times for 315 yards and six touchdowns as South Floyd defeated visiting Knott County Central 54-20 at Raider Field.
South Floyd improved to 2-1 after recording its second straight win.
Knott County Central remained , slipping to 0-3.
Little, who also scored on a two-point conversion run, provided big plays for the Raiders throughout the non-district contest. The productive Little also delivered a 65-yard punt return and record an interception on the defensive side.
Offensively, South Floyd has now scored 132 points in three games.
Blake Dye rushed 14 times for 122 yards. Dye scored a team-high three two-point conversions for the Raiders.
South Floyd quarterback Jacob Crager completed three of four passes, all to Cory Thornsberry.
Defensively, Dye, Thornsberry, Mack Little, Jimmy Helton, Jarrett Little, Blaine Little, Braylee Holbrook and Ethan Johnson helped to lead the Raiders.
South Floyd will be back on the field at home this Friday night when it hosts Morgan County. Kickoff for the South Floyd-Morgan County game is set for 7:30 p.m.
