Donnie Lee Couch, 76, died Tuesday, Sept. 25 at the Hazard ARH.
He was born May 19, 1936 in Perry County, the son of the late Henry Miller Couch and the late Cora Campbell Couch, and was also preceded in death by brothers D.C. Couch and Henry Couch.
He was a life-long resident of Perry County, a charter member of the Big Creek Baptist Church, and a former truck driver with UPS and Lost Mountain Mining.
He is survived by his wife, Hildred Couch of Hazard; daughters Donna Kay Napier and husband Jim of Grapevine, Tammie Farler of Bulan, and Stella Anita Napier and husband Glenn of Corbin; sister Maxine Combs and husband Jess of Bremen; grandchildren Glenn, Andra, Thomas, Jim and Kayla; great-grandchild Maddie Grace Napier; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home of Hazard. The interment will follow in the Couch Cemetery located at Brownsfork. The visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
