On Thursday, the Perry County Central Lady Commodores board the bus and headed to Lee County to take on the Lady Bobcats in high school volleyball action. The Lady Commodores got off to a great start, and never looked back as they swept through the competition.


In game one, Perry Central jumped out to the big lead early. They were able to keep the upper hand throughout, and came away with the 35-10 win.


The Lady Commodores went with a different lineup in the second game, but managed to keep a tight reign on the game. Perry Central allowed a few more points in the contest, but still pulled out the win (25-19).


Perry Central went back to the original lineup for game three, and breezed through the game. The Lady Commodores did not allow the Lady Bobcats to reach double digits, and completed the sweep with a 25-8 win.
