“We played a good first quarter and a good fourth quarter and was lucky to come out of here with a win. It is easy to blame the long layoff and illness and other things but, the truth is they just flat out played us in the middle part of the game. We will have to play a lot better on Saturday to have a chance against a good Richwood team,” coach Okey Smith said.
“I thought that Whitney and Hannah played well for us on the offensive end but, we have to get better defensively if we are gonna be a good team,” Smith added.
Tug Valley is now (5-1) on the season will play Richwood at home on Saturday at 5:00
Sherman is now (3-4) on the season will play Man at home on Saturday at 6:30
