Following rave reviews for their performance in “Grease” last fall, Logan High School students will again take the stage for a spring musical, “Little Shop of Horrors.”

“The show is a comedy horror rock musical, by composer Alan Menken and writer Howard Ashman, about a hapless florist shop worker who raises a plant that feeds on human blood and flesh,” said Bill France, Theater, Broadcasting and Language Arts teacher. “The musical is based on the low-budget 1960 film. The musical was turned into a major motion picture, directed by Frank Oz, in the 1980s. The music composed by Menken is in the style of early 1960s rock and roll, doo-wop and early Motown.”
