CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Mrs. Audrey A. Mullins, 86, of Chapmanville, was born July 2, 1926, at Slagle, a daughter of the late James N. and Ethel Campbell Jones. She passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Mullins was a member of the Chapmanville Church of Christ and the owner and operator of Mullins License Service of Chapmanville.

Also preceding her in death was her husband, Ona Taylor “Teaberry” Mullins; son, Larry Taylor “Butchie” Mullins; brother, Walter, and two sisters, Rosamae and Jean.

Survivors include her daughters, Connie (Kenneth) Guthrie of Blanch, N.C., and Jill Mullins of Chapmanville; grandsons, Jerry (Holly) Lawson II of Worthington, Ky., Bart (Summer) Lawson of Catlettsburg, Ky., and Andy (Dawn) Dingess, Mike (Beth) Baisden and Nicholas (Phuc) Lawson, all of Chapmanville; great-grandchildren, Brandi Cyrus of California, Dayne, Alec and Joselyn Lawson, all of Catlettsburg, and Taylor and Dalton Baisden of Chapmanville; two step-great-grandchildren, Alyx and Emma Bush of Chapmanville; siblings, Joyce Caldwell, Sue (Pete) Leto, Jim (Romaine) Jones and Kenny (Mary Ann) Jones, all of Tampa, Fla.; special care-giver, Michelle Baisden, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 27, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Ministers James Bay Farley, Roger Dingess and Greg Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
