Sherry Denise Workman, 49, of Williamson, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at her home from injuries sustained in a fall.
Born July 3, 1963 in Williamson, she was the daughter of Jeff Fields of Ragland, and the late Mary Johnson Fields.
She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors, in addition to her father, include her step-mother Carolyn Fields, her husband Danny Paul Workman of Maher, two son, Christopher Charles Fields of Lenore and Daniel Paul Workman of Red Jacket, four brothers, Mike Fields of Hardy, Ky., James Fields of Williamson, Clayton Eugene Fields of Texas and Robert Fields of Chattaroy, two sisters Lisa Webb of Salt Lake City, Utah and Stephanie Hensley of Chattaroy, four grandchildren Kristin Storm Fields, Kiara Lashae Workman, Haley Runyon, and Blake Noe.
Also surviving is a host of friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday; March 2, 2013 at 1 p.m. from the Maher Freewill Baptist Church at Maher, with Oliver Spradlin officiating. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Friday at the church with special services at 7 p.m.
Burial will follow in the Crabtree Cemetery on Julius Hall Drive, Williamson, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
