Recent arrests in Logan County include:


• Kara Williams, 32, of Verdunville, accused of taking Crystal Ball’s wallet and writing checks totaling $1,383.96 and using Ball’s credit cards for a total of $1,430.10. Williams is charged with six counts of forgery and six counts of uttering. Her bond was set at $7,500.


• Buddy Griffith, 40, of Matewan, accused of positioning his vehicle covering both turn lanes at an intersection and not signaling as he made the turn. Chapmanville Police officers learned Griffith’s license had been revoked for driving under the influence and had two previous convictions on Sept. 7, 2011, and Sept. 10, 2012. He was charged with driving suspended/revoked third offense, driving on the right side of roadway and failure to signal. He was released under $3,500 bond.


• Jason Conley, 38, of Holden, accused of stealing a television valued at $1,200 and pawning it at Big Eagle Pawn at Logan. The pawn ticket listed Conley’s name and identification.


In other court news:


• Amber Jeffrey, 27, was arrested on February 7 and charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, assault and destruction of property. Her bond was set at $3,000.


• Ricky Lee Clark, 40, was arrested February 14 and charged with domestic assault, obstructing an officer and public intoxication. His bond was set at $2,000.


• Christopher Aaron Dardi, 34, was arrested on February 18 and charged with two counts of obstructing an officer, two counts of domestic assault and two counts of domestic batter. His bond was set at $3,500.


• Dominique Lee Simmons, 23, was arrested on February 19 and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver. His bond was set at $10,000.


• Michael Tyler Wisecup, 38, was arrested on February 20 and charged with petit larceny. His bond was set at $2,500.


• Barbara Sue Mullins, 56, was arrested on February 21 and charged with failure to maintain control, DUI, registration violation and no proof of insurance. Her bond was set at $2,500.


• Roberta Lynn Watts, 36, was arrested on February 23 and charged with trespassing and obstructing an officer. Her bond was set at $2,000.


• Starlena Dingess, 37, was arrested on February 24 and charged with domestic battery. Her bond was set at $3,500.


• Melinda Butcher, 27, was arrested on February 24 and charged with domestic battery and domestic assault. Her bond was set at $3,500.


• Noah Lee Butcher, 30, was arrested on February 24 and charged with domestic battery and domestic assault. His bond was set at $3,500.
