FAIRFIELD, Ohio - Prestonsburg High School freshman tight end Dalton Frasure was named a Top Performer at the NUC Five Star invite only showcase at Fairfield (Ohio) High School on Saturday. The NationalUnderclassmen.com team as well as representatives from Rivals.com, Scout.com, SBNation.com, ESPN and 247Sports.com were in attendance at the event.
Frasure led the Prestonsburg football team in rushing during his freshman campaign. A member of the Class of 2016, Frasure rushed for 605 yards and eight touchdowns via 88 carries.
Proving to be versatile, Frasure hauled in 16 receptions for 251 yards and two touchdowns. The talented freshman ranked third in scoring for the Football Blackcats.
Tight end Sam Letton, the son of a former Prestonsburg head coach Bill Letton, was one of two players honored as an Overall MVP at the NUC Five-Star event.
