Several indicted by May Grand Jury

Drug charges dominate indictments handed down by the May session of the Grand Jury in the Circuit Court of Judge Eric O’Briant.


Those indicted were:


• Kimberly Amos for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.


• Jimmy Arthur for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to possess substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


• Ethelyn Boswell for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.


• Robert Brooks for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.


• Christopher Bumgarner for grand larceny.


• Corday Raymere Burgess for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Stephen Burton for 16 counts sexual assault in the third degree, six counts failure to register or provide notice of registration changes.


• David Ray Conley for two counts robbery in the first degree, four counts conspiracy and two counts robbery in the second degree.


• Jimmy Conley for two counts receiving stolen property, transferring stolen property, and altering or changing a manufacturer’s serial number, motor or engine number or other distinguishing number or mark.


• Tammy Copley for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


• Clifford M. Dye for six counts sexual assault in the third degree.


• Franklin Eldridge for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Joseph Garrett for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, felony destruction of property, and conspiracy to commit felony destruction of property.


• Cody Gartin for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, felony destruction of property, and conspiracy to commit felony destruction of property.


• Della N. Green for two counts robbery in the first degree, four counts conspiracy and two counts robbery in the second degree.


• Elijah Hatfield for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


• Brittany Marcum for burglary, attempted grand larceny and conspiracy.


• Brian Napier for driving when license suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs third or subsequent offense and operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration.


• Denver Jackson Perry Jr. for grand larceny and transferring stolen property.


• Tommy Salyers for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


• Kevin Thompson for malicious assault.


• Judy Wilson for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.


• Kevin Workman for grand larceny.
