Cubs 8 Padres 4


The Padres took the early 3-0 lead in the second inning, but gave the runs back in the third inning. The game remained tied until the final inning. In the final frame, the Cubs managed to out score the Padres 5-1, giving them the 8-4 win.


Cubs (8) Parker Estep 1 run, Dalton Bryant 2 hits and 1 run, Ben Gambill 1 run, Dylan Chaney 1 hit and 1 run, Dawson Kersey 1 hit and 1 run, Masson McAlarnis 1 hit, Andrew Ford 2 rns and Balis Gayheart 1 run.


Padres (4) Andy Baker 1 hit, Matt Williams 1 run, Logan Thomas 1 run, Cameron Saylor 1 run and Dalton Curry 1 hit and 1 run.


Yankees 25 Nationals 2


The Yankees led from the opening pitch and they rallied for seven runs in each the first and second innings to take the 14-0 lead. The Padres got a pair of runs in the third period, but that would be the extent of their offense.


The Yankees scored six more runs in the third inning, and capped the game with a five run inning. The Yankees went on to win the game by the final score of 25-2.

Angels 15 Nationals 0


The Angels got off to a slow start, scoring a single run in the first inning. However, they would explode for ten runs in the second inning, giving them the 11-0 lead.


The Angles would close out the game with four runs in the third inning. When the Nationals did not score in the fourth frame, the game ended with the Angels on top 15-0.

Yankees 18 Dodgers 8


The Yankees took the early lead with an eight run first inning (8-0). The Dodgers would not get on the board until the third inning when they crossed the plate four times, however, the Yankees would counter with three runs, bringing the score to 11-4.


The Dodgers battled back with four more runs (11-8), but the Yankees were able to bring the game to an end with a seven run rally. The Yankees went on to win the game by the final score of 18-8,

Angels 11 Cubs 10


The Angels jumped out to an early lead, scoring six runs in the first inning, one in the second, and three in the third inning (10-0). At that point, the Cubs began a come back. The Cubs scored twice in the fourth inning, and seven in the fifth inning to bring the score to 10-9.


The Angels scored a run in the fifth as well (11-9), and when the Cubs could only muster a single run in the sixth, the Angels came away with the 11-10 win.
