A half dozen warrants on drug-related offenses were executed earlier this week by Kentucky State Police.


According to KSP, troopers from Post 9 in Pikeville executed warrants on Tuesday for the following people:


• Monroe Shepherd, of Martin, first-degree trafficking controlled substance, second-degree trafficking controlled substance (2 counts)


• Lori Stone, of Martin, first-degree trafficking controlled substance, second-degree trafficking controlled substance


• Jennifer Moore, of Martin, second-degree trafficking controlled substance


• Sheena Slone, of Allen, first-degree trafficking controlled substance (2 counts), endangering the welfare of a minor


• Joe Hall, of Harold, first-degree trafficking controlled substance, third-degree trafficking controlled substance


• Sherry McDonald, of McDowell, first-degree trafficking controlled substance (2 counts)


All the subjects were transported to the Floyd County Detention Center, and were arraigned in Floyd County Court on Wednesday. No photo of Joe Hall was available at press time.


The warrants were obtained in relation to ongoing narcotics investigations by Kentucky State Police Post 9 Pikeville and Street Level Narcotics Detective Adam Hall.
