PRESTONSBURG - Prestonsburg High School sophomore Dalton Frasure excelled over the weekend, earning the Tight End MVP award at the NUC Ultimate 100 Camp (Midwest) held in Indianapolis. Around 200 high school football players from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 classes participated in the camp. The prep standouts attended the camp via several different states. Frasure also earned an invitation to the Top Prospect Camp in Oklahoma. However, he won’t be attending the camp due to his commitments to the Prestonsburg High School football program.
Frasure was named a Top Performer at the NUC Five Star invite only showcase held earlier in the year at Fairfield High School in Ohio.
A versatile athlete, Frasure led the Prestonsburg High School football team in rushing during his freshman season. The productive Frasure rushed for 605 yards and eight touchdowns via 88 carries.
Frasure hauled in 16 receptions for 251 yards and two touchdowns. He ranked third in scoring for the Blackcats.
