Kermit and Rose Harless of Nellis celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a party on June 2, 2013 at the Dartmont Park in Ashford. They were married on June 6, 1963 at the home of Kermit’s parents, the late Odell and Virginia Harless. Rose is the daughter of the late Earl and Eleanor Graley.
Kermit and Rose are blessed with two sons and their wives, Rick and Rosetta Harless of Costa and Steven and Michelle Harless of Nellis, and one daughter and her husband, Sandra and Hershel Evans of Nellis. Their grandchildren are Jessica (Jon) Rach, Brittany (Travis) Holstein, and Ritchie, Chelsea, and Makayla Harless. They have two great-grandchildren, Austin and Evan Rach and are excited for baby Holstein due at the end of March. Kermit is retired from CSX Transportation and Rose is a homemaker. They are members of the Emmons Church of God where he is a Deacon and she is a Sunday School teacher.
A Total of 148 friends and family members helped them celebrate their special day.
