Casey Mackenzie France was recognized on Saturday, August 10, as a West Virginia Elks Association Most Valuable Student Scholarship State Winner.


France was presented with a $2,000 scholarship at the West Virginia Elks Association 2013 Mid-Year Convention held at the Ramada Inn in Morgantown. Williamson Elks Association Lodge No. 1408 sponsored France’s scholarship entry.


He is the son of Freddie and Kimberly France of Logan, and is a 2013 graduate of Logan High School.
